SERVICE FEES
All fees are in AUD and payable upon terms of invoice. Please see terms and conditions for full conditions.
Service Fees cover and are not limited to the research and planning stage of your trip, document preparation, monitoring flights and transport providers up until travel, assisting with any changes, delays or cancellations as well as assisting where required with any other portions of the trip you may need.
The research and planning fee is payable upfront at the start of our time working together.
- Domestic Hotel - $20 per room booked (per room - not per night or person)
- Domestic Flights and/or Package - $50 per person
- South Pacific and New Zealand – $100 per person
- International Economy – $150 per person
- International Premium Economy – $200 per person
- International Business and First Class – $250 per person
- Visa lodgement services - Visa Lodgement $150 per Visa, ESTA & Visa Waiver application $50 per application
- Bank Fees 1.8% merchant fees for Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Diners Club not accepted

Due to the increased research and planning that is now required in a post-Covid world, not to mention the changes happening daily from airport capacity reductions to flight cancellations due to reduced staff numbers across the globe, planning travel has become more difficult and overwhelming than ever. By working with a trusted Travel Advisor, we take on the role of travel confidant and expert planner to remove the stress from your next holiday. No, however we specialise in booking 4-5 star hotels and luxury trips where we can provide the most value through partnering with out Luxury hotel programs. The budget for a weekend getaway and a 6 week trip through Europe can differ greatly. Before planning, we will have a conversation regarding budget to determine if we're the best fit for your needs.
I am compensated by my trip planning fee and commissions paid by hotels, cruise lines, airlines and tour companies, etc. These are already built into the published rates.
