Once we’ve had our chat and agreed on working together, the planning fee and traveller profiles will need to be completed in order to get started!
Now the fun begins! Once we have decided to work together, we will begin to curate and design your itinerary based upon our conversations. We will work on recommending the best accommodation, flights and experiences to match your dream trip visions. We work with our industry partners to create a personalised itinerary for you. As this is your trip, we look forward to hearing your feedback and answering any questions you have along the way. We aim to get things right the first time but that’s not always the case, so we value any feedback from you to allow us to fine-tune the details of your trip!
Once we have perfected your itinerary, we will confirm all aspects of the trip with our travel partners. All of the finer details, payment terms and terms and conditions will be discussed so we can get moving on your booking your trip! We will keep in regular contact from this stage through to departure to make sure any questions are answered, and all final payments can be processed.
With your passport and travel documents in hand it's time to head to the airport! As much as we hope they do, things don’t always go to plan on holidays. If any issues arise during your trip, or if you need to make last minute changes or amendments, we are here to help and give you peace of mind while travelling.
